Client forms
If you would like to reference the generic contract, design questionaire, or other forms they are available here. If your contract differs from the one you see printed here, please refer to the one we signed together. All forms are in PDF format and require a recent version of Adobe Reader.
Logging on to your control panel
Control panels can be accessed by typing in your url and adding
/cpanel.
Email us if you need your password and username reset. The password and username is also the same for your web-based email accounts.
Billing
We do not invoice for site maintenance until your total has reached $50. However, we send out invoices at the end of the year for any past-due balance.
Copy CDs of your site
We would be happy to provide you with a duplicate CD of your website content. Duplicates are $5 each. Email us if you need to request a duplicate CD.
